FAQs

  • Where are you located?

I am currently located at Flow State Gallery in Colorado. I am an appointment-only artist, which allows me to give each client the time and attention they deserve. To start the booking process, please fill out my Tattoo Request Form.

  • When do your books open?

Typically I will respond to requests on the first of each month to book for the following two months. (ex. January 1st opens booking period for February and March).

With that being said, if you put in a request and it is not answered, I do not require you to do a new request form, and I will get back to you when the next booking period starts.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

No, most of my work is scheduled in advance. Occasionally same-day openings pop up from cancellations; keep an eye out on social media for these openings.

  • Do I have to leave a deposit?

Yes. Deposits (ranging from $200–$300) are required to reserve your time and begin the design process. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo if you keep your appointment. For details, see my full Deposit Policy page.

  • What are your rates?

Pricing depends on design size, complexity and time. My minimum rate is $200. All pieces will be quoted individually after discussing design either email or via your consultation.

  • What payment types do you accept?

I accept cash, zelle and venmo. Cash is always preferred :)

  • Should I tip?

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. Many clients tip 20% of the session total. You can tip after each session or once the project is finished.

  • Can I get tattooed if I have medical conditions or take certain medications?

Some health conditions and prescriptions can affect your safety or healing. If you are pregnant, nursing, undergoing surgery recovery, or living with immune system or chronic skin conditions (like eczema or psoriasis), tattooing may not be suitable. Medications such as antibiotics, steroids, or blood thinners can also complicate the process. Always consult with your physician before booking if you’re unsure.

  • Can I use numbing cream?

I generally recommend not using numbing creams, since they can cause allergic reactions or affect how the ink heals in your skin. If you’d like to use one, you’ll need to share the ingredients with me in advance for approval.

  • Will I get my design ahead of time?

I do not send designs out ahead of time. For larger pieces I will have clients come in to review the general design, but otherwise I leave time at the beginning of your appointment to make adjustments as needed.

  • Can I bring a guest?

You’re welcome to bring one person to your appointment. For safety reasons, please do not bring pets, children, or infants into the studio.
